the founder of tamimi ceramics is Abdul-Rahim jalal-Tamimi ,who is regarded as the father of ceramic industry in hebron . in fact, based in hebron old down town al qazazin khalt al dar areas,   jalal tamimi family is considered one of the ceramic pioneers in palestine since the 19th century in which different kinds of pottery and glass (such as kettles,  oil lumps, rosaries, and bracelets) were produced and exported to egypt and different european countries. 

nowadays, tamimi ceramics is a leading company in the ceramic industry in palestine. the company is producing different kinds of ceramics with international standards, including decorated plates, tiles. vases, and different crystal products. the company has participated in several international faires seeking different markets. currently, the company exports to differents regional and international countries, including united states, canada, european countries.
